To be quite honest, starting to write a blog feels like a bit of a daunting task to me. But I am ready to take the challenge and grab the bull by the horns so to say.
My aim is to share my views of food and wellbeing with you, hoping to teach and inspire through fotos and texts.
Everything I do in my kitchen is done with love, commitment and passion and I hope this shines through in my posts as well. I’ll be sharing mostly plant based food, giving you a glimpse of what we eat around our house for breakfast and dinner.

So, the first recipe is the smoothie from this morning. My husband is traveling and he sent my son a recipe on his mobile, which had to be tested of course (and was a great help to get him out of bed!). Both my kids love helping out in the kitchen and I try to include them whenever I can.
Lingonberry smoothie-porridge (3 portions)
1,5 dl lingonberries
3 dl plain, natural yoghurt (buffalo if you can find it)
1 dl coconut milk or cream (can be replaced with yoghurt)
5 tbsp oats
Pour all ingredients into a blender and blend on medium-high until smooth. Serve as is, or let it set for a while of overnight in the fridge.
